Stamping and forming

We get your requirements into shape.

Stamping and forming

High-performance stamping processes up to 800 kN and machine speeds up to 2,000 1/min in conjunction with state-of-the-art tool monitoring: at Eberle, you will find system solutions optimized in terms of cost effectiveness, precision and process capability to meet your individual stamping requirements.

Our stamping machine portfolio includes high-performance presses with pressing forces ranging from 50 to 800 kN.
All of our stamping processes are continuously monitored with the latest sensor technology. Our high-speed stamping machines with speeds up to 2,000 1/min can process material thicknesses from 0.07 to 3 mm.
Our inline processes for contact creation include integrated peripheral equipment such as water jet cleaning systems, video measuring cells and fully automatic coiling systems. In addition to combination tools, we also use follow-on tools up and progressive dies up to an installation length of 1,250 mm.

For the manufacture of stamped-bent parts, we have the very latest systems and equipment in place. In addition to the stamping and bending process, we also use a wide range of additional inline processes in conjunction with our stamping and bending machines, including

  • Laser welding
  • Resistance welding
  • Assembly
  • Thread molding
  • Clipping
  • Swaging
  • Pressing
  • 100% inspection

The fully automated manufacturing process guarantees high-quality and economical products in every lot size.

After the production of your stamped-bent parts on our systems, additional process steps for the completion of your products can also be applied. These include for example:

  • Washing
  • Oiling
  • Tumbling
  • Polishing
  • Shot peening
  • Tempering (atmosphere/inert gas)
  • Bainitic hardening
  • Surface treatment
  • 100% inspection including packaging

Rolling

In the field of stamping and bending, EBERLE has developed particular expertise in the production of cylindrical bodies such as sleeves, bushings and pole housings. These round components are used for example in the automotive industry (electronic components such as ABS, sensors etc.) and in the electric motor industry.

Depending on the application and complexity of your products, we have a range of different production facilities and specially developed technologies in place for the production of precision components.

In contrast to cutting processes (turning, milling etc.), we can produce round components with virtually no material loss at high cycle rates, allowing us to offer a cost-effective, high-quality alternative.

Take advantage of our extensive expertise in the development and production of stamped-bent parts and cylindrical bodies to achieve your "design to cost" targets.
