Blood and allergy lancets
We use our stamping processes to manufacture allergy lancets for prick or scratch tests and blood lancets as piercing instruments for capillary blood sampling. We meet the challenging requirements of our OEM customers for medical applications with high-precision manufacturing under clean room conditions.
We have been producing high-precision, gamma-sterilized blood and allergy lancets under clean room conditions since 1968, making us one of the most experienced manufacturers of these medical devices.
Allergy lancets
- Allergy lancets for testing allergic skin reactions with scratch or prick tests
- For pricking or scratching the outer layer of the skin (epidermis) before application of the allergen solution to the skin surface
- Standard tip length: 0.9 mm
- Manageable lancet size
- individually sealed in PE-coated paper in strips of 5
- Packaging unit: 200 in sleeve box or 500 in folding box
- Packaging designed to customer specifications using the customer's brand name
- Shelf life: 5 years from date of manufacture
- Gamma-sterilized – single use
Blood lancets
- Blood lancets for almost painless capillary blood sampling using an asymmetric lancet tip
- Suitable for use on the finger, ear or heel
- Standard tip length: 2.9 mm
- Manageable lancet size
- individually sealed in PE-coated paper in strips of 5
- Packaging unit: 200 in sleeve box or 500 in folding box
- Packaging designed to customer specifications using the customer's brand name
- Shelf life: 5 years from date of manufacture
- Gamma-sterilized – single use
